ASHA has 6 applications, one pending review and the rest sent. While the 'pending review' application shows up, filtering for ASHA in Sent shows none.
Filtering for Foreign Affairs shows there should be two pages of results, but both are empty.
Taylor & Francis filtering does seem to list the sent applications.

Testing so far:
This looks unrelated to T171445 as there isn't the accompanying server load, nor a long wait, nor any errors down the stack that I can find.
So the data was all there, but the import created some new conditions that weren't handled by the helper methods in the model. Code updated and pushed to staging and live site.
