The message 'Renameusererrortoomany' needs plural support for $2 and $3. The message currently reads:

"The user "<nowiki>$1</nowiki>" has $2 contributions, renaming a user with more than $3 contributions could adversely affect site performance."

Plural is not only about n != 1.

Plural should be used always when there is a non-constant whole number.

In Polish we use e.g. plik (file) this way:

25-31 pliko'w
...

EN done in r39602, I assume BW will update things as normal.
