Spain uses 112 (no prefixes, same as 911) as unique point of contact to request police, fire and emergency medical assistance. The 112 service is managed by the regions, in this case, 112 Emergències. There will be a 24h phone always in hands of somebody from Amical. Phone number will given to participants in person (guessing here), anyways phone number and device are ready for tomorrow. Also 112 emergency number offers English (and many more languages) support.
