The skin name for MinervaNeue cannot be translated for translated, like other skin names.

I'm not sure whether it's just because the developers forgot to add it to en.json, or because of a more complicated with the split for MobileFrontend. Assuming it's the easy thing, I'll submit a patch, but please review it carefully :)
