As a result of T172987 a couple of thousand pages need to have their caches purged before the changes from normalization appear.
Right now it is up to the community to do this / time to do this.

The RecalculateCognateNormalizedHashes script could optionaly purge the pages as it goes through recalculating the hashes of titles.
This could be done using the already existing CacheUpdateJob and LocalJobSubmitJobs in Cognate!
