It seems to have a weird consequence when trying to go into the tabs view while in split screen mode.
That space above the toolbar seems to be just blocking the view of the contents below but not preventing you from interacting with them.
@Charlotte - moving this and T174795 to open questions as to if and when we want to tackle split screen usage inconsistencies.
