Today i have Facing problem in hiwiki (hi.wikipedia.org). today i have open recent changes page on this wiki showing box related with imrove recent changes. i dont want to subscribe this new festure but there is no option to close pop up box. so no any other option. i have clicked ok got it. after i open hiwiki show this box again and again.
i have asked other user. they have faced this problem as same. aslo we not able to use twincle, hotcat etc after this.
please do not force to contributor to subsribe any feature like this.
after subscribe this feature old recent changes option is going to be hidden.

This is neither a bug or an attack.
The Filters for Recent Changes have been released by default, as it has been announced several times, on multiple places (to Tech Ambassadors, on Tech News, on wikis, on the Collaboration newsletter...). I'm sorry if you have been surprised by that release.
There is already an ongoing discussion about this problem, where we can work together on the problems your community is facing.
