As of writing the skin Timeless uses a lot of colors. The line separating the top bar from the rest, and then for section headers. It looks a bit busy. I recommend simplifying the color palette significantly and consistently using neutral tones.

I really appreciate the multi-color top line in widescreen view, as it's dividing the three columns timeless has in a really natural way. However, if your screen is smaller, it doesn't look this well indeed.
For what it's worth, I set my alt account's global CSS to use blue (RGB #006699) entirely for the top line as well as the line at the bottom, primarily because the colours don't really match well with the rest of the page, which is usually a sea of black, white and blue. The bright red title underline also seems a bit odd to me, but I couldn't think of how to change it to make it match better.

A lot of the colours have been cleaned up at this point.
Once we have the winter theme, it should be pretty much entirely black, white, and blue. And I guess redlinks. Mmm, blood on the snow.
