Description

We've been considering row replication for fundraising for a long time but have made it only as far as 'mixed'. Row replication would have prevented 2017's temp table vs replication lag SNAFU (see T173472), and might also improve performance and reduce replication delay.

This is also a goal for WMF production and is a work in progress, see T109179 for some caveats and blockers.
