This is so we can use centralnotice_analytcis (temporary repo) in jobs to create data for Prometheus. I imagine data should probably only display in a private FR Prometheus instance. Not sure what that means as regards network setup to pull data from the analytics cluster, or PCI. Also, some of the dependencies are not available as Debian packages (AFIK). Here are the requirements for what's needed on the cluster:

pyyaml>=3.12
pydruid>=0.3.1
pandas>=0.22.0

(There are other optional dependencies but they're only used for plotting when using the library in a Jupyter notebook.)
