Need better way to handle "Talk:Image:Foo.jpg" page titles
Open, LowPublic

Description

Sometimes users create pages like "Talk:Image:Foo.jpg", not realizing that the correct namespace they want is "Image talk:Foo.jpg". We need to either redirect or do something that's more intuitive than simply allowing the page to be created displaying a generic a Bad Title error.

Maybe a bold "Did you mean Image Talk:Foo.jpg" on edit would help.

Currently such titles return a "Bad title" error (not just for Talk:Image but for Talk:{{NAMESPACE}} in general), but I feel this is a sub-optimal solution - at the very least, users should be redirected to the appropriate {{TALKNAMESPACE}} title.
