db2037 IPMI seems to be unavailable.

The pasted command is without the 'mgmt' part, it seems to work for me adding it:
$ sudo ipmitool -I lanplus -H "db2037.mgmt.codfw.wmnet" -U root -E chassis power status Unable to read password from environment Password: Chassis Power is on
