Article titles in the language list lack the lang and dir attributes.

Autonyms have correct lang attributes, but they must have a dir attribute as well.

This causes issues with article titles that have foreign letters. For example, you can see at https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Winx_Club#/languages that the Hebrew title has the letter "X" on the right-hand end of the title, but it must be on the left-hand end.
