Make 'metric' field not a partition in mediawiki_metrics

Description

The mediawiki_metrics table has a lot of partitions, and because of that it's breaking the mediawiki_snapshot_cleaner script.
Removing the 'metric' field from the list of partitions will reduce the combined cardinality of the partitions and solve the problems.
