Parse Wiktionary's sense-level semantic relationships (nyms)

Description

Currently semantic relationships (synonyms, antonyms etc) are not extracted at all, or mistaken as usage examples (cf T187430).

In cases where these relationships are easily extractable (attached to a sense and formatted with https://en.wiktionary.org/wiki/Template:syn or similar) they should get returned by the API.
