With the growth of the wiki sisters like wikivoyage and wikidata there now seems the requirement to be able to blacklist or to whitelist based upon the sister wiki. For instance a site like bestwestern.de was abused and blacklisted years ago, well before wikivoyage came online. The domain should hardly ever be used at Wikipedias, though would be readily acceptable to Wikivoyages. Having to blacklist individually at 100+ Wikipedias, or having to whitelist at 50+ wikivoyages is patently silly and we truly need a better and modern way to manage such links.
