Steps to reproduce

  1. Switch device lang to Hebrew
  2. Load any article
  3. Tap tT icon at bottom
  4. Drag text size slider to the left

Same issue on Settings > Reading preferences text size slider:

  1. Tap settings gear icon
  2. Tap Reading preferences (has black tT icon)
  3. Scroll to bottom
  4. Drag text size slider to the left
