We have few repos that are observed by Phabricator, and mirrored to Gerrit, and they're all working with the exception of one I set up yesterday: https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/source/drafttopic/manage/ This repo won't mirror to gerrit.

I'm looking for help debugging the issue, maybe there are error logs?

This is blocking a deployment we'd like to get out the door before the Hackathon, if possible.
