Separate lang and category with a comma in Lexeme "description"
Closed, DuplicatePublic

Description

Hello,

Right now, when a lexeme is suggested it looks loke that : "anglais verbe" (label of the language and of the lexical category in French here)

There is just a space between them and it can be confusion as the label of the language or of the lexical category can have space in it. Like "vieil anglais adjectif numeral" here :

Usually, the context can help understand easily but a comma between would be clearer and definitely remove the confusion.

Event Timeline

Hi, steps to reproduce are welcome.

This can be reproduce by going to any Wikidata page (lexeme or item) with any property pointing to a lexeme.

I assume this is about Wikidata?

Yes, obviously but I should have specify it. Thank you for noticing it.

For future reference, a link to a testcase (link) is welcome so others do not have to search for a Wikidata page with a property pointing to a lexeme. Thanks :)

@Lydia_Pintscher I assume this should be i18n-ed properly. How? The "comma and a possible white space" separator should be used?

Yes, I didn't thought about it but commas should be i18ned "،" for Arabic and Persian, "、" for Chinese and Japanese (and maybe others for other languages but I don't know them, is there a list for i18n comma somewhere?).
