Based on that feedback. The goal is to have all unresolved topics at once on a Special page.

Updated task description + title to reflect the linked comment, which asked for *un*resolved topics.

This seems to me to be pretty similar to the "personal feed" feature that was proposed years ago.

This would be a very useful tool. either a special page or as a filter in the special:recentchanges page.

In my use case we us structured discussions on a Wikibase. Members of the wikibase discuss statements on an item and resolve once they have reached a conclusion. Having a list of unresolved discussions would be very helpful.
