It is possible to connect an alarm to this log. E.g. automatically sending an e-mail to all superadmins or to the privacy team (integritet@) [after this has been set up as a group)

Yes, an alert notification would be good.

I've set up a notification for this which goes to me an Mattias.

Once integritet@ has been migrated to a group in GSuite we can change it so that that is the recipient.
