Description

When importing a file with FileImporter a revision is generated for the import. The edit-summary contains the URL to the original file location. This should also be a link.

@Lea_WMDE Not sure if this is a duplicate of T194644.

T194644 taks about updating links in imported revisions. This is about a link we set our self in the revision we create when we import the file.
