Improved guidance for users reporting incorrect IABot edits

Description

When curing an dead url, there is offered, to report the repair or a faulty diagnosis, using https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User_talk:InternetArchiveBot.

But using this link something is wrong:

-1 One is told: ''Please do not edit this page. Messages left here will likely go unnoticed. Please follow the directions below.''
To ask this, hough the page is set ''read only'' – makes no sense.

-2 The reuiremetns are unclear: The bot asks, to name an url – he should be specific! Is the archive-url requested, the origina an replaced url or the new replaced url?
