When users translate an article there are often links present in the source article that do not exist in the target Wiki. For those cases Content Translation allows the user to decide whether to ignore them or mark them as missing red links (T193233).
Currently this needs to be done on a case by case basis. We can explore ways to apply a decision to the whole document. One possible solution is to use the warning system (T189488) to inform the user about the unadapted links and provide a quick action to mark all of them as missing in one go.
