Description

Do proper research of all arenas of communication we currently have for translators. Which are working? Which are not? Which can we (as in the movement, not necessarily the WMF) close down, which can we ignore? Is there anything that needs to be added?
Based on the research done so far and our experience, are there any tools we need?
Based on the recommendation in the report, test encouraging teams. Is this something the translators appreciate? Do they find it helpful, or do they prefer working the way they are?
