When one clicks on a red link to create a page which has previously been deleted (or was moved without creating a redirect), the wikitext editor displays a warning message:
No such message is shown in the NWE or VE (on the German-language Wikipedia):
To prevent users from re-creating articles which have previously been deleted, a warning message should also be displayed in VE/NWE.
