Orphan wikis are removed if there are no stats

Description

An "orphan" wiki, by the way, is one that is not part of a family (e.g. "en.wikipedia" is part of the "wikipedia" family).

Steps to reproduce:

  • Create an event with the wikis *.wikipedia and commons.wikipedia. Use the default timeframe (for testing purposes)
  • Add GoldenRing as the only participant (testing purposes, computations will be fast for this user)
  • Generate statistics
  • commons.wikimedia is no longer one of the configured wikis

Expected outcome is that commons.wikimedia should not be removed.
