Please remove "from A to Z" (von A bis Z) from the German Wikipedia sidebar.
In a Wikipedia of more than two million articles, it's fair to claim that such a site is useless to everyone except to a tiny number of users, who will be able to access it through the "special pages" list.
Someone needs to edit https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/MediaWiki:Sidebar I think? (Which also implies: Not sure this needs/should be a Phab task?)
This is not for phabricator. This have to be requested on wiki. Administrator on de.wikipedia have to remove line ** alphindex-url|alphindex from page https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/MediaWiki:Sidebar and this will be done.
