Distribute tools survey to teams in Audiences and request responses by 2018-08-02.

We would like to get your input about how you currently use Phabricator. The goal is to understand what teams want to accomplish in Phab, and if they are using workarounds to make that happen.

In this doc [insert link to unique version], please let us know if there are changes in Phab that would make your work easier. There are general categories to help organize your ideas as we collect input from teams across Audiences and Tech. This input will be used to assess how teams use Phab and determine how Phab might be improved.

Your thoughts will be key to this work, so please be specific! We also encourage you to +1 items from other folks, as this will help us know what requests are most important to multiple people.
