Unable to cancel (close) dialog after starting search without selecting template

Description

To reproduce:

  1. Open TemplateWizard;
  2. start typing anything in the search field;
  3. click the 'Cancel' button
  4. the dialog doesn't close, and you get the following error in the Javascript console:

jQuery.Deferred exception: dialog.templateForm is undefined mediaWiki.TemplateWizard.Dialog.prototype.getActionProcess/<@[...]/extensions/TemplateWizard/resources/ext.TemplateWizard.Dialog.js?ebde5:161:5
