The obvious example right now being Lauren Maggio (e.g., https://www.biorxiv.org/content/10.1101/797779v1) or some of Bob's work on article embeddings (e.g., https://dlab.epfl.ch/people/west/pub/Josifoski-Paskov-Paskov-Jaggi-West_WSDM-19.pdf)
