[Bug] Only one loading indicator is needed when saving an edit

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Visit a wiki page
  2. Make an edit
  3. Press next

Expected Results

  • Only one loading indicator is shown in the content pane and the next button is in the disabled state

Actual Results

  • Two loading indicators are shown and I feel like my whole world is flipped-turned upside-down!

It'd be pretty cool if the loading indicator in the content pain could be centered vertically too. This screen looks so empty with all the stuff bunched up at the top.

This no longer seems to be a problem. The area below the toolbar displays a preview of the article text instead.
