Currently whenever a report page (e.g. missing commonscat) is empty it gets a string like There are no missing commonscat left. Great work! instead of a list of items. It would be great to have this string translatable.
The easiest solution is to look for a subpage /empty (similar to what we do for /header) which would allow per list overriding of the message.

A non-patch component of this is updating the three documentation pages describing the /done usage That should be done once the patch is approved but before it is deployed.
Instructions have been added to each documentation page but is commented out until the patch is merged and deployed.
