The New Page Patrol filter settings popup can can go partially inaccessible off screen, when the list of matching articles is short or empty.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to EnWiki Special:NewPagesFeed
2. Click SET FILTERS
3. Go to Were created by: and enter username "Example". (Or any other username that will return few or zero articles.)
4. Click SET FILTERS (at the bottom of the popup) to activate the filter, and receive a list with zero or few matches.
5. Click SET FILTERS again
6. Scroll down as far as possible. Observe that the popup still runs off the bottom of the screen, leaving some popup controls inaccessible. Modifying the browser zoom% did not help.

Tested with Chrome browser on Windows.
Workaround: Fortunately the last popup item on screen for me was the Were created by: field. I deleted the username and activated the modified filter with an ENTER keypress. This generated a longer page. The entire popup was then able to fit on screen.
