Add custom amount field to mobile banners

Description

We want to introduce a custom amount field to the mobile banners.

Acceptance Criteria

  • The amount option of 75 Euros is removed in both banners.
  • A custom amount field is added to both banners. Its placeholder text is "other" (en) and "anderer" (de).
    • The field allows users to enter an amount of their choice.
    • The field resembles the select/deselect behaviour of the other amount options.
  • Depending on whether that is applied to the current control or variant:
    • The breakpoint for reducing the amount option column count to 2 is increased to 450px.
    • In viewport widths below 450px the amount options column count is reduced to 2 columns.

@kai.nissen I was totally unaware of this ticket until it was mentioned in T207551, how urgently does this need to be implemented?!

Does that mean that the amount field should only be added to either the control or variant banner or all 4 banners (ctrl, var, en_ctrl, en_var) or should this be an AB test?

I accidentally found a bug: When changing the payment interval after entering a custom amount, the form validation fails and a message asks me to pick an amount.

  • The field resembles the select/deselect behaviour of the other amount options.

Now, that I read it again, it sounds vague. What I meant: Can you apply the look of the other amount options to it and also make it turn red when it contains a value?
