That's not a problem. Schedule the change for deployment on wikitech.wikimedia.org, page Deployments. You should choose EU SWAT, Morning SWAT or Evening SWAT. Then be present in #wikimedia-operations on freenode during the timeframe specified by the window, a deployer will guide you what to do next.

If you cannot attend any SWAT, you can also add my personal project (User-Urbanecm), column To deploy - SWAT necessary and I'll schedule the change on your behalf.
