Is it also substitution of {{reflist}} template, similar to what we for citations in T213277: CX2: Should not substitute citation templates when publishing ?

@Framawiki is it still happening? I tested a few articles and couldn't reproduce the issue.

According to my bot edits, there are two cases of <references responsive="" /> last month. But occurrences are less far less regular in 2025 than in previous years.
