the tooltips for links with accesskeys are corrected by a script in wikibits.js I believe to show the proper acceskey keycombo for each browser. Because the vector skin has changed portlet ids, the tooltips for p-personal links and edit/history cactions are not correctly updated

This is working now, since the XML ids are changed to match monobook.

This is still broken due to dependence on column-one in updateTooltipAccessKeys() of wikibits.js
r53427 solved this, by searching through a few more containers for links which need updateTooltipAccessKeys to be run on them.
