Description

When CirrusSearch is first setup the metastore needs to be created, but it seems neither the documentation or the automated installer is accomplish this, per: https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Topic:Usk12zxjx7m3krhu

See if we can make the metastore auto-magically create itself from updateOneSearchIndex when necessary.
