Not sure when this started, but there is something very wrong with dewiki.

The View History and Edit tabs are missing, half the page text is blacked as well as the logo is pure black. Navigating, let alone editing, is impossible. When I do successfully go to the edit window, it loads a blank page.

Is this some sort of read only mode?
