Cleaning up ownership on SVN tmp dirs in the working dir....

Seems as though it doesn't completely work. Trying to download trunk extensions work, but the branches do not. Other repos need cleanup too?

Looks like I forgot the branches, in separate working dirs. :P Running...

1.13 and 1.14 branches have tmp dirs with bad permissions I need to fix before cleanup can complete...

They're not cooperating right now. Will poke it again later...

Should be fixed now.
