Description

Steps to reproduce

Visit https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fiona_Apple#Discography on the Vector desktop site with page previews enabled.
Hover over "When the Pawn..."

Expected results

The editor intended that the abbreviation appear on hover. For Popups, the abbreviation should override the usual summary.

Actual results

The abbreviation appears on hover but obscures the hover page preview

This one needs design input if we ever work on it. We could either not show a popup or include the abbr somehow.
