Description

When we added the 'reverted' status to CodeReview, I think we were just out of colors (red for fixme, green for resolved) and ended up with blue.

IMO this is kind of unclear and just doesn't indicate the "reverted" state to me very well; maybe more of a gray with strikeout effect would be clearer?
