About 40 items. Usual cause is when user added title to item manually, and then a slightly different title was imported from the Runeberg catalog (or Libris).

All of those have been fixed, mostly by removing the Runeberg title and leaving the Libris one. Libris titles are better because they're divided into title and subtitle!
