URL shortener excludes zero and capital O from the map, presumably because they look too much like lower case o, which is in the map.
To avoid transcription errors, we could automatically maps zero and capital O to lower case o, as well as any other visually similar character groups.
So if I put up the url https://w.wiki/oR, and someone misreads this as OR or 0R, those links would still work.
