Hello, the problem has been reported here (in French). It appears in the history page of User talk:Malosse.

On 22 August, Starus reverted the modifications done by an IP. From the history, we can see +2, the -3 for the modifications done by the IP. But looking at the diff, Mediawiki says that there is no change between both versions. The same after starus reverted the edits by the IP.

It seems that the additional bit comes from a new line that has been removed at the end of the page.
Yet, it is not clear what this change does not appear in the diff.
