Since the interwiki links have been moved, it is not possible anymore to add interwiki links

Description

When the interwiki links were in the right column, there was a link to add interwiki link when no interwiki exist yet. Now, the interwiki links have moved in a tab on the top of the page but the button to add interwiki link has dissapeared.

Should we just put the languages back in the sidebar? In retrospect, I'm not actually sure this (moving it out) was such a great idea...

Apparently some wikis still have CLL under 'beta features' and off by default, so actually, yeah, this was definitely a bad idea.

I have no preference. That's said, because there is at least the problem reported in that thread, maybe going back to the previous position will avoid to add new issue :)
