The issues is because both extensions add a special page, [[Special:Blog]], which has the name Blog - I renamed the Social extension's special page to [[Special:SocialBlog]]

The extension BlueSpiceSocialBlog replaces the old BlueSpiceBlog. The special page should still be available as "Special:Blog" because there have been some links in the content to this.
@Osnard However the old BlueSpiceBlog extension may can be archived.

Yes, BlueSpiceBlog can be archived (T231853), as it was never used in a release of BlueSpice. And I doubt that anybody else ever used it in this standalone (outside of legacy BlueSpiceExtensions) version.
