Check our application to see how frequent our reports to PTS are. Based on this determine how often we should do proper internal reporting.
For the past projects we had monthly(?) internal reports which in turn were used for the monthly scorecards(?) and as a basis for the Phase reports.
In addition to setting a schedule we should appoint a contact person in each partner organisation with reasonability to ensure their contribution to the initial reports (and for any additional information requested as part of the Phase report).
We should also fix the format of any reports.
Also set up tasks and calendar reminders for the Phase reports
