When editing pages on Google Chrome, the edit summary box is outside of the window so you have to scroll well to the right in order to write a comment and the words "Briefly describe the changes you have made" are spread out across the whole window.

I cannot replicate this using Chrome 5, resolving as WORKSFORME. Please feel free to reopen if you can replicate again (a screenshot would help too).
